You can return your item(s) for a full refund if you send them to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.  To make it easy to process your request, please ensure you let us know why you no longer want the item.  For example...

• Wrong size/colour
• Fit not as expected
• Faulty/damaged
• Not as pictured/described
• Quality not as expected
• Just don't want it

Please make sure you include the original dispatch note or a copy of it in your return parcel.

Important details

Returned products should be:

• In the original packaging
• In a re-saleable condition
• Un-used
• With packing slip included

Please ensure your items are well-packaged so they arrive back to Mama's Little Secret undamaged.  We recommend using recorded delivery or a similar service that supplies you with a unique tracking number.

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed promptly within 5-7 days but please note that card issuers vary in how many days they take to credit the money back to your card.

How to make a return

1. Place all items to be returned in their original bags
2. Let us know the reason for the return of each item
3. Place return items and packing slip in a well-packaged parcel
